2. How to Order
2.1. All orders can be placed online through this website, alternatively if you wish to phone with questions we can take your order over the telephone. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability.
2.2. Colours, details, specifications and descriptions are given for guidance only and are subject to change without notice.
2.3. You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, Switch, Maestro or Electron. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name and address exactly as provided to your card company. Payments made by bacs or cheque must be received in our bank account in cleared funds before an order will be processed.
2.4. We will take payment in GB pounds (£).
2.5. We get authorisation for your card payment after we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and confirmed stock availability. Your card will be debited for goods that are in stock and ready for dispatch. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
3. Acceptance of Order
3.1. No order shall be deemed to be accepted by Storagebase Ltd until a written acknowledgement of your order is issued by us or the goods have been delivered to you.
4. Pricing Policy
4.1. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you or we cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
5. Refund Policy
Purchased items can be returned in store within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused and we require a valid proof of purchase.
6. Third Party Sites
6.1. We are not responsible for the content of external internet sites that we link to or who are linked to us.
7. Faulty goods
7.1. Any faulty item must be returned in a clean condition at your expense for inspection. Items that are discovered to be faulty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and sent back to you. Where an item is discovered to be faulty we will refund your reasonable postage costs incurred in returning the item to us.
8. Cancellation Policy
8.1. We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods
9. Liability Statement
9.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchase are fit for the intended use. We do not offer advice or warrant that any item is fit for the purpose that you intend to use it for. If you decide that an item is not fit for the intended purpose after you have received it you should return it to us within 7 days for a refund.
10. Email Policy.
10.1. We do send out emails to our mailing list from time to time for large events such as special events and sales. This list includes online shoppers, competition entrants, and those who have specifically signed-up for mailing list purposes. We will remove your details from such lists on request.
10.2 We do not share or pass on any of your details to any third parties.
11. Statutory rights
11.1. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
